- Stacking: Even, staggered stacks with protective interlayers to prevent edge damage.
- Handling: Long-reach forklifts and wide pallets used for safe handling of the wide sheets.
- Securing: Cross-strapping, edge protection, and moisture-resistant covers for sea transport.
- Space optimization: Fanfold format enables flat, space-efficient loading — we fill the full container width (1,380 mm) and minimize dead space with precise alignment.
- QC before loading: Random checks for moisture content, flute stability, and fold accuracy.
